I love what i do and have been photographing families for 15 years.
My style is emotive and natural combining interactive play, singing and a little dancing to keep your little ones entertained throughout your photoshoot.
Over the years I have accumulated many tips and tricks to keep kids of all ages entertained.
I would be honoured to capture some natural and emotive memories of your beautiful family as you are today.

I recommend booking your newborn shoot in your second trimester to avoid disappointment, as i only take on one newborn shoot a week. The best time is between 7-10 days after your due date as bub is ultra sleepy at this time and is still used to being inside your womb so they love being swaddled. Ater the 2 week mark they become much more alert and start to realise they have arms and legs!

Yes i do!
My digital collections start from $850. Digital photos are one the most valuable items as you have access to print from them as many times as you want and as big as you want (you will be able to print up to billboard size). This is why the digital collections start at $850.

I have many beautiful parks and open fields around Brisbane that i photograph at regulary. I have handpicked these locations because there are often very few people around and the light is gorgeous.

I recommend shooting during a very precise time of day, the last 90 mins before sunset or early morning. This special window known as “The Golden Hour” creates a flattering glow and shimmer for picture perfect skintones.

In the first 10 minutes i will capture most of the classic ‘looking at the camera’ shots. After this i create lots of games and activities to keep them entertained. This might involve everyone singing to them :)
Toddler’s will need a couple of breaks throughout the shoot and we will be guided by them on that.
I highly recommend bringing along one of their favourite snacks in case they get hangry!

If anyone is sick, including me we just notify each other as soon as we know and reschedule the photoshoot to another day and time when everyone is healthy again.

Yes I am triple vaccinated against covid and am vaccinated for everything else including whooping cough.

I recommend booking in your maternity shoot for when you are around 32-35weeks. At this stage your bump will be very noticeable and you will still be comfortable enough to move around.
